Steve Leslie Bio

Steve has been working with and developing leaders for over 25 years. An entrepreneurial leader and team builder, scaling new businesses and growing valuations. He has led teams of more than 700 in Canada and the US, with Industry leaders Xerox, Softchoice and TELUS.

A unique set of industry experience in large and mid-sized organizations starting and building businesses, spanning OEM’s, Software Publishers, Channel Partners and Service providers. He has partnered with Investment Banking, VC and Private Equity firms creating successful exits of more 450 million in shareholder value.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, as well as attended programs at Harvard, Stanford, Duke, and the Wharton Business School. He supports many non-profit organizations, including the United Way, Toronto Sick Kids Hospital, the Canadian Cancer Association, and the Yonge Street Mission. He also served on the board for the TELUS Community Board as well as Vox Mobility based in Cleveland.

Steve is passionate about working with CEOs, developing leaders and enjoys writing and loves staying active, whether it be with CrossFit, golf, hockey or triathlons. This year he will be tackling his second Olympic distance triathlon, hoping to beat his sub-three-hour time.
